Dutch trance producer Niko Moerland (better known as Tiako) was born on the 17th of january 1990. Tiako started producing his own tracks in the early beginning of 2002 at an age of 12 years. He was always dreaming about releasing his own tunes and this dream became true in 2009 after entering a producer contest which was judged by Dj Dazzle. Tiako didn't won this contest but Dazzle decided to release Tiako's track ''Something'' aswell on his label ''Mostly Recordings''. After that moment everything became very colorfull for Tiako. He had several releases and did remixes for artists from all over the world. With these tracks he had support from artists like Ron van den Beuken, Vast Vision, Artento Divini, Temple One, Manuel Le Saux, Cold Blue, DJ Dazzle, Alexey Sonar, Randall Jones & Miss Nine
At this moment Tiako is working on a new EP and is he running his own weekly & monthly radioshows. A weekly show filled with the newest Progressive House, Techno & Tech-House tunes called ''Progressive At House'' and a monthly show with a pick of the best trance tunes called ''Tiako's Monthly Trance Selection''. These two shows will go further as one weekly trance show from january the 1st 2011
