The second half of this year has brought us many albums that were or will soon be released. TRANCESONIC.FM is happy to announce that our residents Filo & Peri will shortly be among those artists who can proudly say: „we did it!”. This is quite special, so let’s take a closer look.

The career of the American duo kicked off in 2003 and since then they have been sending out some loose tracks once in a while, many of them turned into red-hot floor-fillers. Filo & Peri seem particularly fond of vocals and over the years they have featured many talented and memorable singers in their tracks. Everyone remembers „Anthem” released two years ago…

The new debut album indeed features many guest appearances by both established and fresk names. Eric Lumiere, responsible for the vocal parts of „Anthem”, is back again, opening the album in ‘Back Into Our Lives’ and ‘Off The Hook’, he also appears later on in ‘Soul and the Sun’. Another singer brought back into the spotlight is Fisher, who after providing vocals for F&P’s 2005 club hit ‘Closer Now’, performs now in ‘You’ and ‘All I Ask’. The female singers appear as well, the duo have invited Aruna and Linnea Handberg.

Among those fine examples of vocal trance there are enough instrumentals to keep the balance. Some interesting collaborations here as well, with Mike Saint-Jules taking part in ‘Far From Reach’ and Nick Stufano co-producing ‘The Majestic’ and ‘Music Matters’. The album is completed by ‘Caicos Bay’, ‘Bright Lights’, ‘Black Ice’ and ‘Amp’d Up’ which are Filo & Peri’s exclusive productions.

The album consists of 15 tracks and is released on the 6th of November. Keep an eye on it!
