Dutch trance dj/producer Niko Moerland (better known as Tiako) was born on the 17th of january 1990 at The Netherlands. Tiako started producing tracks in the early beginning of 2002 at an age of 12 years. After 7 years of producing, Tiako saw his first track ''Something'' released on Dj Dazzle's ''Mostly Recordings''. After that moment Tiako had several releases and did remixes for artists from all over the world. These tracks were receiving support from artists like Ron van den Beuken, Vast Vision, Artento Divini, Temple One, Manuel Le Saux, Cold Blue, DJ Dazzle, Alexey Sonar, Randall Jones & Miss Nine.

For now, Tiako is working on some originals and remixes besides his regular job. And is he still hosting his own weekly trance radioshow. A show filled with the newest in progressive and uplifting trance. And a show which will get its 100th episode this year.
