There have been many talented Scandinavian DJs over the past few years, but few of them managed to gain recognition as quickly as Markus Schössow. The young Swede known for his crazy and unschematic beats has been busy working on his debut album which is soon to be finnished and released in late June / early July. Apart from his own style, we’ll be porbably able to hear some different sounds as there will be some interesting collaborations on the CD, with Ashley Wallbridge, Andy Duguid, Robert Burian and Thomas Sagstad giving their contributions

Schössow, who recently was chosen as Most Popular Nordic DJ, will as usual provide something for the enthusiast of rather slower, housy beats as well. His two new tracks, “Tequila” and “Space”, are being promoted by the Swedish House label boss Steve Angello and are being praised to be two of the biggest tunes on Ibiza this year. Markus will be also responsible for some remixes, among others for Markus Schulz, Bobina and John O’Callaghan. If you add to that numerous performances throughout Europe (Planet Love in Ireland, Park Life in Scotland, Sunrise Festival in Poland. Bee Free Festival in Slovakia, Radio Day in Ukraine, Dance Island in England), you’ll see Mr. Schössow is in for a busy summer.
